The division is between a huge (circa 90%) majority of Canadians who are vaccinated and pro removal of those obstructing the roads of the capital, and what some have been misleadingly calling "the people".

Most people against vaccines and restrictions usually associate with each other, so I suspect they think they represent most people. For many months people who are vaccinated have been able to live fairly normal lives. It's hard to feel really bad for those who refuse to get vaccinated for some of the dumbest ignorant reasons. I can understand their frustration, but is is based on stupidity, as is their ill thought out blockade. Now I do think Trudeau should not have made a trucker mandate for various reasons, but they did cause some provinces to remove vaccine passports weeks ahead of schedule like in Alberta, but Kenny is playing politics right now to save his political future and needs to bring back some of the alt right back into the fold
