I am simply looking at the probability. On average the older a woman is the more sexual partners she has had. I hope I don't find a woman that has slept with many men. What am I suppose to do? Should I ask her? Do I ask her" "How many men have you slept with"? Now that would really be creepy and offensive to her. I know even with 18 or 19 year olds there is still a risk, but at least the risk is much lower according to statistics. Only about 40% of people have had sex before the age of 19.

Oh yes, be sure to explain to any and all woman you are considering that your criteria is based very heavily on determining 1) how many sexual partners they've had, and 2) what the probability is that they have an STD, and 3) the count, based on their age, of how many "dicks" they have "received."

As an added bonus, remind the young ones that they are attracted to older guys like you. All of that will be very helpful to women in immediately assessing the situation and acting accordingly.
