Anyway, silentkid, put up some of your own favorite interweb haunts.

Here are a few:

Outlaw Vern--my favorite movie reviewer and world renowned Seagologist. Whenever I need a good laugh, I read one of his reviews. He focuses mainly on the "badass" genre of film, but he'll surprise you once in a while. He wrote a book called Seagology that examines, in depth, all of Seagal's films. I own a copy from the first pressing; it's amazing.

I also frequent Chud.com. It's a movie fanboy site, kind of like Ain't It Cool, but with much better writers (with the exception of Vern, who submits reviews to aicn once in a while). I like how I just called it a fanboy site and the current lead article is entitled "I am NOT a Fanboy".

Music Stack is a great site to find hard-to-find CD's and LP's. This is the best place to find that rare copy of Schoolboy Blues that you've been looking for.

I haven't been contributing much recently because I've been rather burned out on the sheer filthiness of the bullying, ignorant and nasty posts of a few contributors. They may be a minority but when at least one person consistently makes threats about f*****g with people off board, then I have to wonder.

The books and charts by Clarence Larkin have been extremely helpful to Christians since they were first published over 75 years ago. They have passed into the public domain and we are making some of the charts available here as an aid to Bible study. Larkin's charts are well thought out and Scriptually sound. Some of the more detailed are books in themselves. They reveal Larkin's vast knowledge of the Scriptures and phenomenal grasp of prophecy. Practically all of the prophecy teachers today got their basic prophecy knowledge directly or indirectly from Larkin and C. I. Scolfield. Larkin's works, as well as Scolfield's, are definitive, works that will endure until Christ's return. No other book since their publishing over 75 years ago has much improved on them.
