Agreed. And to DT, an article about men is not an article about people. Your casual sexism is inappropriate.
 Notice that everybody is ignoring you about this. Why keep repeating the same thing over and over again?
Because casual sexism like yours is inappropriate. I will continue to point it out every time you do it.

Then you factor in boards like this with regular posters who have formed some kind of relationship over the years, sometimes contentious and sometimes as comfortable and familiar as an old pair of jeans. Are we all friends?
Yes, I think most of us are here because we don't have many friends.
I'm not here because I don't have many friends. I do have in real life friends. I'm here to think and find out what others think, and learn. And yes, I'm here to joke around at times because that's who I am.
I'm your friend. :D
Are you in my rug hooking group or something? ;)

I don't even know how you got out of jail. Your Ford Transit was put in impound, was it not? What'd ya do steal another one?

The second suggests that young men who play more video games have less casual sex. (Seems kind of like a "duh" to me.)
Jesus Christ Res Ipsa! Have you read the fourth paragraph under Discussion and Conclusion?

That's not necessarily the cause.

(Seems kind of like a "duh" to me.) Nothing in either paper suggests that playing online games is the effect, and neither provides evidence in support of what you want to argue.
I'm not saying it does.

What happened to the intelligent version of you?

Thanks! I always wondered whether there was a word for that.

In other words, the study directly contradicts what you are trying to force an unrelated reverse correlation for.
In other words, the study doesn't contradict anything I said, Read the fourth paragraph of the conclusion.

It's alright, you don't have to admit your mistake.

Just make sure you read the papers next time.

That's perfect. You should always enjoy life.

I'm still in jail, but I have access to the wifi.

I had to look that one up too, and agreed... great (useful) word.

Are we all friends? I think we discuss things here that we might not otherwise with our in real life friends and family because...Democrats v. Reps and that sort of thing. Sometimes we know each other and what we think more than our in real life folks know. I think we help each other out at times. I think that's friendship.
I consider the honest people who post here friends, for sure. If I don't think you post honestly, you're on my Foe list, so essentially, everyone here who is unblocked is a friend or at least an acquaintance, in my mind.

But these are a particular kind of friends, the kind with whom I feel comfortable saying whatever's on my mind (as opposed to the people I work with, for whom my filter is strong). In some ways, my trust with some of the people here is stronger than people I know in real life.
