Day #3 ?

Sick and also sick of it. Sicker than sick.

Abstinence wise I have not watched anything political or checked CNN front page for headlines. I did see a post title here (Gad) about the tariffs being declared illegal by...some court I guess. I saw another thing yesterday or the day before on my Facebook feed I think about Nancy Guthrie whose case I sorta kinda followed but not daily. Thought it was an update so read the text below. It was a speculation that the reason Nancy Guthrie was kidnapped was to...draw attention away from the Epstein files and get a two-fer by hurting Savannah Guthrie who interviewed Virginia Lord her last name flew out of my head (G last name) victim who unalived herself and other victims of Epstein. This never even crossed my mind. I think that anything and everything is possible. Whether it's true or not the very fact that I accept it as a plausible explanation for a woman's disappearance is pretty darn telling when you think about it.

Anyway, that's all I saw politically speaking since I started the toxic cleanse. I'll admit this isn't easy. I want to know what's going on "out there" but I don't want to get sucked into the vortex of toxic click bait. I don't think the sky has fallen because I would have heard it. Actually I can't hear much of anything right now so maybe the sky did fall. I'll check the ground tomorrow.

I can tell you that we have a waxing crescent moon that's at 17% illumination working it's way up to a full moon in 10 days. I've been following the phases of the moon on a daily basis for about 2 years now. After it's a waxing crescent it turns into a waxing gibbous named for it's hump back. Then it goes full and after that it's a waning gibbous until it becomes a crescent again and basically disappears until it revs up again and repeats the cycle.

Have been walking steadily more steps everyday. I am also trying to stop eating so dern much and it is paying off. This week I am down 3 lbs in weight.......
