Can you substantiate that the countries listed in the ban were the only countries on earth that failed to meet this undefined ‘record keeping’ criteria?

A travel ban which stops people from certain areas with primarily Muslim populations can be called a Muslim ban even if id does not stop all Muslims everywhere. Stopping all Muslims would run into legal problems of discrimination based upon religion so was not put into effect. A partial version sidestepping the problem was put into effect.

Remember when Trump tried to implement a Muslim ban and couldn't get it done because the courts said it was unconstitutional and so they modified the Muslim ban (a couple times, If I recall correctly) to pass legal muster?

It would seem the argument being made in the OP is along the lines, That is not a rib sandwich. It's called a McRib!

As to the person who said since it was "majority" Muslim country's who were banned, buzzzzzz, also wrong.

1. The country's in question aren't "all" Muslim, so you've engaged in a logical fallacy. The Non-Muslims were also banned, thus it can't be called a "Muslim ban".

2. Did you somehow forget that OTHER countries were added to the Travel ban at various points over the next 3 years, country's which don't even have ANY Muslims, as well as non-majorities, such as North Korea?

by the way, this is an excellent example of one way Leftists use Truth to lie... It's one way they used to constantly LIE about Trump.
They take a statement on its own, and then make it mean what it seems to mean on its own.
However, in the actual CONTEXT of the statement, the statement actually means something else entirely. But because Leftists are liars, they portray the statement out of its context giving it a different meaning than intended.
