It's amusing that when engaging with the progressives on this discussion board, such as Marxist General DrCamnPP and Captain Progressive, also known as Res Ipsa, if one simply waits for the facts to emerge, the progressives and their misguided opinions are incorrect 99% of the time.

Recent now indicate that the actual reason for Kimmel's removal from the air was he refused to apologize the next night during his monologue even though his employers asked him to. In fact he was going to double down the next night during his monologue, actually considering attacking Trump. Disney executives Bob Iger and Dana Walden were concerned that airing the follow-up would intensify the backlash and provoke regulatory retaliation from the Trump administration.

As is common among many progressives, Kimmel chose to stand firm on his unkind comments despite his superiors advising him to issue an apology. His actions exemplify the reasons behind the reluctance to hire progressives nowadays. Many companies today view them as a liability, and even a major corporation like Disney decided to end its association with Kimmel for now.

Guess what Captain Progressive, also known as Res Ipsa, Kimmel was taken off the air for not complying with his bosses request to apologize. Your bullxxxt assessment of the entire situation was completely incorrect, and it remains so! You are just like Marxist General DrCamnPP, who forecasted the onset of WW3 or claimed that the assassin was a Groyper. You and he are emerging as the two most misinformed progressives on the board.

It appears to me, we only have to wait a few days to discover that everything you're trying to persuade us of is entirely and absolutely false! You're too emotional to try and fool everyone you're smart!
That’s a lot of words. Can you accurately quote my words that I was wrong about?
Hey Ree Ipsa, Captain of progressive thought, I realize I may have hurt your narcissistic ego by sharing facts publicly, but now that it's confirmed Kimmel refused to apologize and that led to his removal from the air, are you ready to acknowledge that everything you tried to persuade us of was completely unfounded?

Let me pose a direct question to determine if you have the courage to respond. If you have several employees and you request one of them to cease insulting a segment of your customers, as it negatively impacts your company's profitability, and they refuse, citing their First Amendment right to express their opinion within your company, which you may own and have a duty to the shareholders, will you permit that employee to disregard your requests because they believe their opinion holds greater significance than the overall health of the company? Is that how the First Amendment operates in the distorted perspective of a highly progressive individual?

Captain Progressive, is this a statement of fact?

LOL

Obviously, the latest Binger is on ignore, but holy crap, this is funny to me.

Me calling MAGAtes stupid is the reason they do stupid damned things. That's essentially what he said there.

So yeah, he too is saying MAGA is damned retarded. Glad we agree on that fundamental truth.

Oh, and MAGA are snowflakes! Can't forget that. Whaaaahhhh... I don't like being called stupid... so I'm going to do the stupidest thing possible... that'll show 'em... whaaaaahhh....
That’s your take? Perfect.

As long as voices like yours remain loud, the progressive efforts will be retarded and not credible. Keep it up. It helps.
What’s the difference between MAGA and the worst ‘progressives’ with respect to your observation?

Not much, given that MAGA adds their attitude of wanting to punish or hurt others that don’t adhere to their own ideas.

So MAGA hurts you and MAGA hurts progressives? Your belief is that progressives are the victims of MAGA. Or at a minimum, MAGA wants to hurt you and other progressives. That sounds scary, capakes. You must feel threatened and helpless.

My observations are that the so-called MAGA is largely made up of people that voted for Trump and other Republicans. And progressives are mostly people that didn't vote for Trump and mostly voted for Hillary, Biden and Harris.

Trump voters and not Trump voters. People doing the same thing, hoping for a different outcome. Voting. Same thing, different outcome.

Hound, any idea what Kimmel had to say about Roseanne or Maher, or anyone else who wasn’t entitled to a job at Disney?

Also, if ceeboo lied about Kimmel’s lies or told the truth about Kimmel’s lies, do you think that information could change Kimmel’s ratings or sinclair’s revenue?

Let's be clear that everyone here recognizes Disney's authority to take Kimmel off the air, just as they had the authority to let go of Rosanne. Captain Progressive, also referred to as Res Ipsa, Marcus the Carcass, and the primary stooge Canpakes, along with all the other Marxist progressives, fully understand ABC and Disney possess the authority to remove one of their employees from the air at their discretion.

Captain Progressive is very depressed as he witnesses his progressive utopia being torn apart right before him. A sense of fear begins to creep in, leaving him feeling powerless, aware that there is little he can do to change the situation as Trump xxits all over the Captains bed. What we are witnessing on this board in real time is Captain Progressive coming to terms with the dismantling of his identity, not just politically, but also in the realization that his Marxist ideology, known as progressivism, is being exposed by Trump for what it truly represents. It is a full-fledged religion that indoctrinates its members into a form of hatred so pervasive that they are left with only one perspective, viewing their existence in this world as nothing more than a filthy, rotten life in a filthy, rotten world, devoid of any goodness whatsoever. I genuinely feel sympathy for progressives like Captain Progressive, Marcus the Carcass, and Bishop Schmo. They may never find a way to detach themselves from the cult they eagerly embraced after leaving Mormonism.

It seems that an individual is permitted only one opportunity to escape a cult in their lifetime, and they exhausted their one chance when they departed from Mormonism. They are unfortunate souls trapped in a perpetual state of progressive despair.

Weird. None of that was part of my post. Does this reflect your own inner fears, or desires? Where’s that coming from, Binger?

It looks like the entire Supreme court also agrees with Kimmel. gg all.

For those on the right who consider it unthinkable that Tucker and Megyn and Cruz would ever side with Kimmel, how absurd, the reason that they make statements that are inconsistent is because they know their entire legacy has been built on lies, many of which are so far out in left field the religious right's own lawyers have argued their news sources are for entertainment only and no reasonable person would understand their statements as intended as the truth.

The fact they'd make these statements did in fact shock me, it means either a) they themselves are worried about the possibility of getting silenced down the road by the present administration b) they do not believe the efforts to undermine elections henceforth are likely enough to succeed, and so they worry if Democrats take power again, they will use the same precedents to shut down Fox news.

To the contrary, that is exactly what you said. “given that MAGA adds their attitude of wanting to punish or hurt others that don’t adhere to their own ideas.”

Wow. Supreme Court thinks ABC can’t fire an employee? Need to know more on that. Don’t believe it, but I sure didn’t know it.

Thanks for having to retreat to reposting what I actually said, instead of pulling junk from your imagination.
