I hope the best for you, Dr. Shades, as you step back from the pandemonium. I admire your intention to give people with unpopular allegiances the benefit of the doubt. In this case perhaps you were a little too lenient, or you forgot that a temporary break from the board for persistent troublemakers is not a bad or unusual thing. Maybe I am off base. In any case, I hope you step back in when you get itchy to be more involved again.

you guys, his so called “friends” just strong armed the man out of his position. You wanted his power so you decided to humiliate the man on his own board and did it for days until he finally gave in! That’s not what true friends actually do. The man just went through a divorce, apparently is financially strapped from it, had to re structure his mortgage and his so called “friends” performed a psychological coup d’état because they knew if they kept pressuring the man in public on his board, eventually he would give in to the pressure. Let me say that again. His friends pressured him into giving up his power and as soon as I post this, they’re going to come behind me and try to tell everyone reading this thread, that the coup d’état was for the board founders own good.. In the past two days you guys mentally abused Dr Shades. You likened him to an ignorant CEO that needed to be ousted by the board. You told him he wasn’t seeing things clearly and many other insults that friends just don’t do in public. For God sakes. Just read his opening sentence. You guys took his dream from him. No matter how you try to spin it in the post following this one, you guys took the mans dream from him and you did it because you want your ECHO CHAMBER back. The Backwards Professor even admitted this was better off being an ECHO CHAMBER so guess what, I was correct all along.

All right, so now it’s your turn. Go ahead and start spinning your web of lies to justify what you guys just accomplished. Make no mistake. Hey Shades. This is the future of your board without you being at the helm. In the past hour two regular posters have publicly called for my dismissal. It’s not what you and I talked about they don’t like, they don’t like my opinion and they’re going to shut it down. Your power is going to be used to shut down my opinion. They smell blood in the water.

AM hasn't changed an iota. Lets give him a temporary 55 year break from here and we can get this place cleaned up and he can come back when he matures......... he will always do this. He always has and always will.

He’s actually happy happy happy to tell the truth and acknowledge the ECHO CHAMBER. And now that his friends are in charge I guarantee you the PMs between at least a dozen of the most progressive members are in overdrive and their little fingers are typing away trying to formulate a plan to get rid of me.

my suggestions are:

1) If Binger isn't banned already, he needs to be permanently banned.

2) A-Mike is simply going to play the troll war by whatever means he has at his disposal. If he can't get away with sexual insults, name-calling, profanity etc., then he's going to start as many "hit-and-run" threads where he provides no discussion as possible. Such as his latest Hannity thread.

If there is a way to prevent him from posting opening posts and/or limit the number of posts a day from from a moderator standpoing, then do so. I can help research the technical feasibility if needed. That is, if the mods don't want to ban him also, then at least perma-Q him like faqs.

Here's what's going to happen. The board is a little slow right now, there might be 2 or 3 ongoing threads. All A-Mike has to do is post one hit-and-run youtube video proclaiming victory with no discussion a day and the normal topics are floating in a sea of his filth, which is his only objective.

If you don't deal with him, people are going to keep these crisis threads going that they want to quit the board because of him so might as well just get together and do a proper job of restraining him. He's been given endless, endless chances. whatever errors on the side of harsh justice can't be wrong.

If I recall correctly, faqs could post freely in certain forums but couldn’t start threads or post without going through a queue for others. If that’s what you meant by ‘perma-Q’, I agree it’s a start. But, a ban really seems in order. (See “endless, endless chances.”)

Hey Shades, check this out. Marcus and gadianton, the guy that said no one wants me here because I’m Mormon, are talking about how I should be dealt with on the open board. Like I said, you didn’t just give your three moderators power, you emboldened numerous posters to feel like they have power to tell the moderators how I should be handled in the future. This is exactly what they wanted. Im just the first, there will be many others. And remember Shades, Gadianton is the guy who said I’m not welcome here because I’m Mormon.

And when he came on and asked for just ten days, you failed, failed at the one job you have on the board and you didn’t back him up. As a moderator you should’ve came on here and backed him up. You should be ashamed of yourself. You and Canpakes both should be totally ashamed of yourselves for not backing Shades up. I think you need to take Res' advice and engage the ideas/claims. I'm sure you have something to say if you raised the level a little bit and avoid incessantly posting the "progressives are dumb" threads. At least put them in one thread so others can talk about different subjects if they don't want to engage with your memes.
