Yes, if the judgment is upheld on appeal, he has to pay the entire judgment amount, plus post-judgment interest.

Trump’s Truth Social posts are not part of the record and wouldn’t be taken into consideration by the court. It still takes a few days to get a bonding company to post the bond. The court also referred to perfecting the appeal, which means there are some things the lawyers need to do before the appeal can go forward.
