Is there a term for throwing a hail mary when you're currently in the middle of throwing a hail mary?

California's 55 electoral votes for Biden suddenly targeted in brand-new action. Decertification demanded amid 700 affidavits of 'irregularities and fraud'. A lawsuit accuses California officials of rampant election-code violations and fraud that irreparably contaminated the results of the 2020 election.
"The lack of integrity in our elections strikes at the heart of our republic," said Joshua Kroot of Primary Law Group, one of the teams working on the case on behalf of the Election Integrity Project. While more than 60 lawsuits have been filed following the Nov. 3 general election on behalf of President Trump, the complaint goes further, challenging the entire election procedure in California. It also is significant because it requires the decertification of California's November election results, a move that by itself, could deprive Joe Biden of the presidency.

The complaint argues California voting has had "potential" problems for three decades, but suddenly in Nov 2020, the "potential" problems became "actual" problems. Gee, I wonder why they concluded that?Res Ipsa wrote: ↑Tue Jan 05, 2021 8:33 pmsubgenius wrote: ↑Tue Jan 05, 2021 7:00 pmhttps://static1.squarespace.com/static/ ... +Doc+1.pdf

Re: Voter Fraud
A quick read through the complaint suggests that the complainants aren't actually expecting to persuade a judge that something bad is happening and must be stopped. They just want to give Trump's rent-a-mob something to get worked up about.
As we have seen, the fact that all these ridiculous cases are inevitably dismissed (in several cases by Trump-appointed Republican judges) makes no impact whatsoever on the indignant faithful. If anything it makes them even more indignant ...

Yet you claim that fraud was not widespread?subs wrote:California's 55 electoral votes for Biden suddenly targeted in brand-new action. Decertification demanded amid 700 affidavits of 'irregularities and fraud'.
According to your prez. on the phone call, he won all 50 states. Do you believe that, also? Do you believe that Trump won every state and that every state is guilty of fraud, but at the same time, claim that fraud was "narrow and targeted" and NOT widespread?
subs, you've already broken the stupid meter. now you're melting down the scraps.
