Been crying all morning....and I'm not the only one here in the UK feeling this way....
From Martin Luther King to Jesse Jackson to Senator Obama...
I just didn't think America could do it, and they did!!!
WOW!!!
Hey, Miss Taken. I watched CNN last night, yet, was updating (fairly regularly) BBC.com and was amazed that the front page was quite similar to what I was viewing on American news websites. I knew the world was watching us. Americans have ideals and we sometimes talk big -- we actually took our ideals and turned them into a reality with that election. I think this election can show the world (and ourselves) that great ideals can become a reality.
I too, had some burnings of the bosom last night and shed a few tears last evening as well as this morning.
Hey Ray, you gotta cut the right-wingnuts some slack today. Obviously, they're pissed off that most people didn't buy into their BS this time.
*shrug*
Too bad for them. I can sit back, look at their rants, smile the smile you have when you watch an uptight infant cry, and wait for their tantrum to pass. It's kind of funny, if you think about it.
Thank goodness the majority of this country has come to its senses. Yes, Miss Taken, it is a very proud day for America.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.

CC I had concluded that you were an arrogant punk. But now I am certain that you are also a f*cking idiot..
Since you are a never mo, I have no idea what you are doing here – I assume you can't hold your own on theological sites but if you are going to hang out here try and show some class like California Kid..
God has the right to create and to destroy, to make like and to kill. He can delegate this authority if he wishes to. I know that can be scary. Deal with it. Nehor.. Nov 08, 2010

THank goodness I'm not the only one. I tell you, even some of the newsreaders have been getting emotional. I grew up listening to the Martin Luther King speech. I just wish he was here to see this day... Go America!!! :)
Richard...is someone who believes in corporate welfare regarded as leftist out there. Cause it seems to me that corporate welfare has always been a part of the American economic system.

It's a disaster for America because more that ever before people voted skin color rather than issues. Racism is still with us and it exists mostly among the Democrats.
