For eight damned years our resident racist and wage oppressor didn't say JACK crap about Brown folk and their relationship to the Presidency. Now, all of sudden, despite millions of impoverished immigrants being granted asylum, deferred status, and citizenship (not to mention turning a blind eye to them) he found his voice.

When it suits you, I'm sure you are among the most ruthless and unscrupulous of capitalists. It's an interesting phenomena in the psychology of the bleeding heart liberal CEO that I've seen in more than a few such individuals.
But then again, I hate medicare/Medicaid but have no problem accepting their business when private pay patients are few and far between.

Well I don't have a choice about whether I pay into medicare or not do I? I'm not in jail, so yes I pay into it.

If it's there I'll take it but I find that very unlikely. Ultimately the benefit payouts will have to be reduced drastically either by increasing the age or reducing the payouts to insignificant amounts.

The men in my family have either managed to continue working at that age or passed on. I don't feel cheated by that anymore. I've found a way to get my tax dollars back right now!
But this thread is about some crazy rules that the US has submitted itself to under international law. I've always said the New World Order embraced by GHWB was a terrible idea for the USA. We're in effect not permitted national sovereignty nor to have and enforce a border under Kevin's interpretation of the law. Why did we ever give that up without a fight?
