42% of America doing their best to disenfranchise 58% of America, because Trump is a snowflake who cannot deal with losing.
sez the poster who cried for 48 months when Hillary Clinton lost...aight.
Lol. Find those nonexistent posts.

Maybe you can try to do so after you find your nutsack, and openly admit here that you believe that there was massive use of narrow and targeted voter fraud in this election. : D

The former Republican Party wants to steal the stadium's ball and slink off to some web-infested corner while it foments a revolution.

Grow up and return to your Lincoln roots. The Confederacy cannot be resurrected.
Rush Limbaugh is suggesting secession is inevitable at this point. These people are mentally ill.

I suppose that there’s some justice in the fact that he won’t live to see his goal realized.

The New Confederacy and the Kingdom of Deseret seem like panaceas to the Trumpanistas. They think Trump could make the trains run on time; in truth, all he would do is paint his face on them and order a surcharge be paid to Trump Enterprises.

The judge in Trump’s WI election contest of Dane and Milwaukee counties has rejected the challenge.

And just when you thought you'd already fallen into a modern book by Kafka, the 51st and 52nd states have filed a motion with the U.S. Supreme Court to join in the Texas lawsuit. https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/ ... -12-11.pdf

I crap you not.

You are on it Res. I was just looking at the brief and looked up Mr. Thomas. He lives in Pahrump, NV, a tiny town northwest of Las Vegas by about 45 miles or so. Pahrump is famous for whorehouses, as prostitution is legal in Nye County. I wonder if prostitution will be legal in New California and New Nevada? Where will they physically be located I wonder as well? Also, I wasn't aware, but aren't there rules on who can file an amicus briefs? Can anyone?

Pennsylvania officials call the effort a "seditious abuse of the judicial process." 104 Republicans signed on to this fascism. Think about that for a hot second, what this means, if they were to be successful. It’s pretty scary stuff. I mean, we get it. We’ve seen a racist White nationalist was wistful over an ethnostate right here on this board. We thought, “ Surely this psychopath is a delusional outlier.” And the jenius jumps on it. And then Rush. And now 104 Republicans in addition to the current administration.

We better hope the Supreme Court strikes this down seeing it for what it is - a coup.

Here is the Supreme Court Rule on Amici:

https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/supct/rule_37

paragraph 4 allows for states to file amicus briefs without prior permission, hence New California and New Nevada. I wonder how long before our fellow "attorney's" brief will be stricken from the docket? I wager by the end of the day today.

I don't think it is a coup. Given how every lawsuit has failed to date, it is misguided politics, playing to a base that wants something done, but not a coup. This will probably be dismissed after this round of briefing is done and Supreme Court has a chance to review, discuss and write opinions. My guess is that by Tuesday next week it'll be over. Then perhaps a little while longer, Trump will give some sort of concession speech, vowing to continue to fight.
