Most people have never met an FBI agent or a judge or a former president. But, they have met someone like you. When your yammering about their yammering about is not accurate, they know that. So yeah, keep on going with it, panny. If burying the reputation of the FBI and DOJ is better with a hole that is 12 feet deep instead of six, keep digging down to 12, buddy.canpakes wrote: ↑Tue Aug 09, 2022 7:08 pmDoctor CamNC4Me wrote: ↑Tue Aug 09, 2022 6:43 pmThere's every reason to think a quality and quantity of evidence the government had to support probable cause exists- knowing they’d be besieged with accusations by qspiracists that this is politically motivated. If I were the senior official who reviewed this prior to pulling the trigger on presenting an affidavit to a magistrate, I would've wanted a sufficient quality and quantity of evidence that’d neutralize any arguments to the contrary.

Apparently, it’s incredibly important - after the reality of already having to retrieve 15 boxes of documents from Trump’s possession that he shouldn’t have had - that a story of unjust supposed persecution against Trump and spoiled ‘credibility’ of US Intel agencies is pushed by political hacks, while simultaneously ignoring the howls of Republicans pushing that claim in the midst of their own BS conspiratorial proclamations of a ‘stolen election’, and their promise to investigate the DoJ, or outright stop all inquiry into Trump’s activities, because of their actual and stunning political obeisance to their former Boss.

Kevin, I don't watch FOX but you do.
Hey man. Do you think it would be okay if I started a new account here? I would prefer to be Doctor Binger.

Facts like?
Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.
...
In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.

A perfect illustration of the "there is something worse than that going on--why are you worrying about this?" fallacy. a.k.a. the deflection of "whataboutism?" crossed with the fallacy of relative privation.Binger wrote: ↑Tue Aug 09, 2022 7:02 pm
Now that - is funny.
Uh huh. Yep. Quality and quantity of evidence to show that they had to kick down a door to get some stuff for the archives and that this was the only tool they had left. Yep. In the meantime, we never had enough evidence to figure out who was harming those children but dang, we gotta take care of these archives.
We have a fentanyl crisis and a border crisis but that can wait because some people in Washington need us to serve a warrant on Trump over some boxes for the archives.
There is no quality or quantity that is going to save the FBI's credibility on this one. They are the old KGB and they like it.
Tin soldiers and Nixon's coming - it is deja vu all over, again. The hippies and the cowboys aren't laughing, again.

He’s gearing up for the civil war. Qtards are going bananas on Twatter over this; they’re declaring CW2.0 has begun.

The dozens of people on Twitter seem much more jacked up about this than the 7 or so democrats here at discussmormonism. I can see why you would call it a college war 2.0 or something.Doctor CamNC4Me wrote: ↑Tue Aug 09, 2022 7:47 pmHe’s gearing up for the civil war. You should have had this advice for Trump after his stunt at the G20 summit in 2017. Too late, now.
