It looks like you’re inflating the numbers, which people do to make something look better than it was. An understandable mistake for someone not paying attention to such things, though.
So you think I was trying to make it look better by saying that calling 90 million Americans moronic, blah blah blah's instead of being more accurate and saying that calling 74 million Americans Moronic and blah blah blah?
I'm convinced. Lock him up! Smith and the DOJ had me at allegations. The trial should be bypassed or at least all the so called conspiracy theory laden "evidence" Sir Trumptard wants to bring in his defense should be excluded via a motion in limine. We all know it's nonsense and shouldn't be entertained. He shouldn't have standing to bring such nonsense. Whatever trial is conducted should be limited to punishment because Sir Trumptard is obviously guilty. The hell with due process. We are talking about a real threat to democracy here. Maybe we shouldn't even hold an election? Those Trumptards don't know how to vote and they are obviously hypnotized by Sir Trumptard the charlatan. We need to save democracy just like they did in Ukraine by not having Zelenski face an election back in the spring of this year. I'm sure democracy was saved by denying the vote.
Hey, that felt pretty good.
By the way, would you be in favor of cancelling the election to avoid a Trump victory? How about contesting the election should Trump win?
You are a very strange person. Why don't you calm down? There would have been nothing unconstitutional of convicting Donald Trump when he was impeached. I am sharing my opinion that he should have been convicted. I likewise am of the opinion that the trials that Mitch McConnell once erroneously opined should be the mechanism for redress (because he and his fellow Republicans failed the Republic by refusing to convict Trump in the Senate) ought to have already taken place, and that, in my view, the evidence of his guilt is already conclusive.
Nothing has changed about my views regarding the importance of following the Constitution and adhering to the rule of law. It is the GOP that has done everything it can to ignore and flout both. I am not advocating the same. Let them bear the consequences of flouting the Constitution and the law. I don't believe the DNC should follow suit.
You could try to read carefully and think through the interpretation and implications of the posts you are responding to before you indulge in hysterical, masturbatory reactions.
"I have learned with what evils tyranny infects a state. For it frustrates all the virtues, robs freedom of its lofty mood, and opens a school of fawning and terror, inasmuch as it leaves matters not to the wisdom of the laws, but to the angry whim of those who are in authority.”
Apparently, Smith has a witness who says that when Trump was informed that Pence was in danger and being hustled out by the Secret Service, Trump replied, "So what?"
Trump wanted Pence to suffer for his disloyalty at the hands of the mob Trump whipped up.
Yep. Trump could have stopped the mob. He could have called in appropriate force to protect Congress. His negligence and shilly-shallying are an obvious dereliction to duty and clearly demonstrate his unfitness for office. He is the last person who should be sitting in the Oval Office.

Vance and Walz really do have a lot in common. They are both from the Midwest and they both served honorably in the military. Most important they've both publicly stated they hate Donald Trump.
"I'm on paid sabbatical from BYU in exchange for my promise to use this time to finish two books."
Most important they've both publicly stated they hate Donald Trump.
And that shows the crucial difference between them. Vance has no integrity.

“In total day, Fox News averaged 1.43 million (viewers), up 22%, followed by MSNBC with 1.02 million, up 8% and CNN with 615,000, up 13%. In the 25-54 demo, Fox News averaged 190,000, up 32%, followed by CNN with 123,000, up 17%, and 121,000 for MSNBC, up 12%.”
It’s Interesting to see who has the most reach within the cable news landscape.
Another point: when any fairly-recognizable right-wing partisan on X can post about Haitians eating housepets and see their comment be viewed by over 3 million people and reposted another 600K times, is it really folks like, say, Kelly O’Donnell or Asma Khalid who are substantially driving that media fueled rhetoric these days?
At this point, all of those complaints about the so-called ‘mainstream media’ being controlled by libtards and tilted against Trump just seems like weird BS, given that Fox is the major cable player, and X (ex-Twitter) has been steered into a right-wing echo chamber by Elon Musk.
Trump voters were screaming "lock her up" at his rallies in 2016, and now we know it had nothing to do with breaking the law and everything to do with bitter resentment and irrational fear. They don't care about the rule of law. Their candidate's a felon.
Ignorant, stupid, belligerent, or insane. Take your pick. No Trump voter has ever articulated a reason for voting for him that doesn't expose at least one of those four attributes.

Religion is for people whose existential fear is greater than their common sense.
