I fail to see how not voting in an election where someone will become President counters the argument a group lacks a moral compass. Pretty sure Pontius Pilate was not let off the hook morally because he washed his hands and feigned he couldn't be held accountable.

The narrative painting the progressive movement as evil rather than a set of differing policy views is deliberately seeking power through a false morality.

From the article ceeboo posted:
"First, that Christians could be the deciding factor in a bunch of federal and state races – and are choosing not to be. And second, that they are longing for their local church to instruct them on how to think biblically about policy and politics.

"They don't want to be told how to vote, but they do want to know why they should vote and how to view political issues from a biblical framework," he added.
I find this really puzzling. How to think Biblically about policy and politics? Love God and love your fellow humans. Done. You've thought Biblically about policy and politics. Beyond that, figure it out for yourself, folks.

Are you sure you're not just using your lively imagination again?

As one of the many, many examples of a proposed Trump policy, I cited Manetho's post:
“We have some sick people, radical-left lunatics,” said Trump. “And it should be very easily handled by—if necessary—by National Guard. Or, if really necessary, by the military.”
What is an example of a Trump policy that you had in mind if not the ones such as ^^^ that are his bread and butter at Truth Social and his rallies?

It doesn’t, especially when discussing that part of the group that is voting, and marking their ballot for Trump.

I doubt most MAGA members can identify or articulate any of Trump's policies, mainly because he has no policies that have moved past the concept phase.

Trump's Madison Square Garden event turned into a MAGA s*** show. Even Republicans were calling Trump out on his many crude and racist insults.

Those who are voting Trump -- this is who you people are, a bunch of thieves without a moral compass.
Lol.
Are you laughing because you delight in having no moral compass? Are you excitedly anticipating a mass deportation? Trump's tariffs? His escaping criminal liability? Pardoning Jan 6 rioters? Weaponizing the Justice Department against political opponents? Institutional racism and misogyny? Controlling women's bodies?

Or are you nervously laughing as you condone all this crap because you think he'll help your taxes?

You have no moral compass because you ignore Trump's criminality, dishonesty and incompetence and support him anyway. You may not like it, but it is a reflection of your character. I suspect, given our experience with you, that you don't care about your character.

You're a typical Trump voter. You are who you are, and I bet you sleep great at night.

You write that about someone you know almost nothing about and have never even met?

This discussion board has really deteriorated.

It has basically become a personal attack playground for an ideological tribe of unhinged bullies.

Really unfortunate.
