Who gives two s***s about what Ajax thinks at this point? The criminality of Trump is literally recognized WORLDWIDE. And they are all saying so. The Epstein pedophile billionaire class fools only one minority group who is utterly insignificant in both America and the world, namely MAGA, a done deal, a wannabe group of importance, a pariah and losing proposition.Chap wrote: ↑Fri Mar 20, 2026 1:51 pmI presume that the reference in the text shown to 'destroying the global economy by striking oil (read more)" was abbreviated from "destroying the global economy by striking oil exporting countries in the region", or something similar.
Amirite?
In any case the point remains: Trump's personal ignorance and his preference for being advised by a tight group of sycophantic yes-people meant that this very, very obvious point never crossed what we may call his mind.
And he is commander in chief of what still is, for the moment, the world's most powerful military machine.
How do you feel about all that, ajax18?

Nobody really cares what he thinks. He's just an object lesson for how damned idiotic one must be to continue Trump support.Philo Sofee wrote: ↑Sat Mar 21, 2026 2:26 amWho gives two s***s about what Ajax thinks at this point? One must be a damned idiot. There are no smart Trump supporters.

I am genuinely interested in how the (shrinking but still non-zero) group of US citizens who support Trump manage to continue to do so as the evidence against him stacks higher and higher.

$125 a barrel oil and we lifted sanctions on Russian oil sales......
On Iranian sales too?
US oil cos are making bank. Russia is recovering money for its war efforts.
Double the price of the commodity then lift Russian sanctions.
Tell me this president isn't a Russian asset.

I would also like to understand how anyone could possibly continue to support him as well. Even most flat earthers are more rational than Trump supporters! I would also be interested to know how many Trump supporters also happen to be flat earthers. I would not be at all surprised if a substantial number of them, or even a majority of them are flat earthers. The evidence against him is, by now, even more incontrovertible and more obvious than the evidence that the earth is a rotating globe with an average radius of about 3959 miles orbiting a star at an average distance of about 93 million miles away. I honestly don't think that the suggestion that many Trump supporters may also be flat earthers is necessarily hyperbolic!Chap wrote: ↑Sun Mar 22, 2026 3:38 pmI do.Philo Sofee wrote: ↑Sat Mar 21, 2026 2:26 amWho gives two s***s about what Ajax thinks at this point? No precept or claim is more suspect or more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

More wisdom from Sheldon Whitehouse, who makes more sense by far than the idiotic felon who now resides in the Whitehouse.
'Save America Act' Senator Sheldon Whitehouse Rips Apart GOP Bill As "Steal Our Next Election Act"
Nothing is clearer to an increasing number of people, including even some who foolishly voted for Trump, that the so called "Save America Act", that it is Actually, as Shedon so brilliantly proved, a "Steal Our Next Election Act", which is more than anything else, a desperate ploy by Trump to escape well deserved prosecution and incarceration for his crimes. His corruption and crimes have already cost far more innocent American lives than the 9/11 disaster, and will undoubtedly cost many more thousands of American lives yet.
Trump has stupidly and repeatedly tried to stop work on the nearly 80% completed Revolution Wind project off the East Coast that by contract would bring electricity rates down to 9 cents per kilowatt hour from the current rate of 18 cents per kilowatt hour for more than 350,000 homes. Trump vociferously opposed that because without that project, the people would have to pay more than double that price to fossil power plants owned by Trump's billionaire fossil fuel industry donors and friends. So don't even try to convince me that Trump wants to help anyone other the wealthiest of the wealthy, including himself. It is both insane and immoral to reject cleaner, cheaper electricity in preference to polluting and more expensive fossil fuel powered electricity.
There is no reasonable doubt whatsoever that Trump's policies will inflate prices for everything from basic food to decent housing and insurance for everyone, especially the least wealthy of us.

Re: Where are ajax18 and the trolls?
In the past, much has been made about Obama returning Iranians their money that the US had frozen, as part of the international negotiations that led to the widely successful (until it was petulantly scrapped) nuclear peace deal.
Trump announced a few days ago that he wants to give Iran a fresh infusion of money, so they can manufacture more drones to kill more American troops and continue to destabilize global markets.
Curiously, the same people who have been perpetually apoplectic about Obama returning money when we weren't at war with Iran seem to be bizarrely silent about Trump wanting them to be handed money while we are at war with them. Truly puzzling thing, that.
