Absolutely not.

That is what society thinks, both men and women. According to a study, "both sexes expressed equal reluctance to get involved with someone with an overly extensive sexual history."
https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10. ... ode=hjsr20

And psychology today ,"Both men and women expressed equal reluctance to get involved with someone who they judged as having an extensive sexual past"
https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog ... its-virtue

There is no data about men that have never been married.

I am mostly not against abortion. I am against sexual harassment and I support equal rights. I am not a sexist, I am on your side.

Your original comment is absolutely not what society thinks, and your attempt to change the discussion by eliminating the comment I was responding to doesn’t fix your sexism.

Here is my full comment, in context, with your sexism bolded:

45% of women and it is hard not to care

Post by _DoubtingThomas »

According to the data 45% of women between 25 to 29 years old had 5 or more sex partners. "researchers have found that men and women with more lifetime sexual partners are actually less sexually satisfied (Fisher et al., 2015; Heiman et al., 2011)." https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog ... better-sex

If I have a relationship with a woman over 24 there is a good chance that I won't make her happy. I will likely be the 5th or 6th guy. It is just so sad! The data is the reason why I think 18 to 22 are generally more attractive. I am not too old yet, but it is still sad. I feel like garbage and there is no group therapy because of the virus.

Notice how 0-1 drops significantly between (20-24) and (25-29 years). 10-39 does go up between (20-24) and (25-29 years).

Maybe you could start a dating site for virgins with low expectations.

LOL No. I did go on a date with a woman (she is very cute) before the coronavirus shutdown. My expectations are going up and I am feeling a little bit better. But thanks for your suggestion.

Doubting Thomas you need to understand something. If you consider yourself a 7 on a 1-10 scale, you'll marry a 6 or below. A woman will marry a 7 or higher or simply choose not to marry. In relationships the woman always has the upper hand. There's nothing wrong with you getting these kind of results. It's just part of being a man. But being the cut throat competitive bastards we are, not many men will admit this to you much less help you with your relationship woes. But look a little deeper and it'll be pretty clear we all have them, even if you're Brad Pitt.

By "not attractive" I mean women that had a lot of sexual partners. Almost 50% of women over 25 had at least 5 sexual partners. I really don't want to be the 4th, 5th, or 6th guy. It is okay if I am the 2nd guy, but more than that is just scary.

there is a good chance that I won't satisfy her according to the statistics.
Also wut?

Not a study, just my opinion from having been alive for a decade or few, but satisfaction like that referenced in the study isn't the same as saying a person would or would not be sexually satisfied by a particular lover at a particular time. No idea what the psychology is but I don't believe that being sexually satisfied in the way you seem to think is the ideal is a realistic expectation of ones self or ones partner. This the need to continue to explore and communicate in a relationship over time. Satisfaction? What does that mean to you, DT?
