As well, the Times does not state that Cali’s management practices caused the town to burn to the ground.

You have a politically driven reason to conflate damage potential of a given scenario with actual cause and specific conditions, but your problem isn’t cured by throwing up additional references that don’t support your claim.

But, it’s understood that you’re a disciple of the practice of digging your heels in deeper in an attempt to avoid recognizing your own error.

99% Invisible did a two-part podcast on the history of research into fire-resistant home design, and the difficulty of getting them implemented. https://99percentinvisible.org/episode/ ... transcript If the goal is to save homes, the most effective thing to do appears to be to make changes to home design and the space around the homes.
