Most definitely. If BLM activists were to violently breach the Supreme Court Building at One First Street in DC, yelling death threats at a Justice, that would be a good corollary.

If BLM activists were to violently breach Justice Kavanaugh, or Justice Thomas' homes, even without making any form of threat to life, they should be criminally charged accordingly.

ETA: In fact, I'll add that if BLM activists were to violently breach Justice Kavanaugh or Justice Thomas' homes, the Justices would be well within their rights to use lethal force.

If Daniel Penny were black, he wouldn't be looking at life in prison. In fact he'd be a hero for being willing to stop a mentally ill man with a warrant and a history of punching old ladies in the face from assaulting more people guilty of nothing more than riding the subway. But I think Daniel Penny was just an urban white man with too many liberal assumptions to realize how bad systemic reverse racism is in urban America.

Any RINO who thinks this will stop once the deep state gets Trump is sorely mistaken. Nor will conservative politicians be the only targets.

All Daniel Penny knew was that there was a black man in the carriage who was shouting and generally acting out. No other information was available to him.

On that basis, he put the guy in a tight choke hold for a period long enough that it led to the guy's death. As an ex-marine, he ought to have been aware of the risks of what he was doing. The law should punish people who act that way, which amounts to a single person imposing the death penalty for being a nuisance.
