Where are you getting this information from?
"Engh argued that Frank read from pre-written notes in his rebuttal and went beyond the scope of the defense team's closing arguments, delivering a lengthy rebuttal instead of what should have been a brief argument. "They sandbagged us," Engh said. Gray also asked for a mistrial, saying that Frank misstated the law to the jury during his rebuttal."

"The judge has ordered that the jury be sequestered during deliberations — meaning they remain under the court’s supervision in an undisclosed hotel and cannot return home until they have reached a verdict or the judge has determined they can’t reach one." Meaning no Christmas with family.

"Judge Regina Chu told jurors that she will not make them deliberate on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. They'll return after the holiday if they haven't reached a verdict by then."

The judge was appointed by a 9/11 conspiracy theorist.

You just quoted a source stating that the judge told the jury she would not make them deliberate on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day after you claimed she did the opposite in order to pressure the jury. Why did you misrepresent what the judge said and did?

How did the judge initially allot time for the arguments? How much was used for each phase of the closing argument?

Motions for mistrials are not uncommon. It’sa good way to make sure that issues are preserved for potential appeal. What did the parties argue during that motion? Did the judge explain why she denied the motion?

What the hell does the person who appointed her being a conspiracy theorist have to do with whether the judge made reversible errors?

I’m sure I’ll have more.

Yes, but the judge wouldn't allow the jury to go home for Christmas.

It is very unlikely to win an appeal. It is unfortunate that judges don't really have true pressure to get things right.
