Dr. Syyadurai, not a lawyer, faced off with the Secretary of State William Galvin and won the right to present an amended complaint
(see Case 1:20-cv-12080-MLW).
This case will provide Dr. Ayyurdai the opportunity to present the evidence of the fraud that involved Dominion Voting Systems machines and erased votes that should have been counted for him. Not only that, it also will show that the same fraud was perpetrated against Donald Trump.
Dr. Shiva’s amended complaint provides him the opportunity to lay out the evidence–documentary, eye witness and statistics. l

Just waiting for you to tell the court why honor failed to meet the criteria.

You still haven't clicked on them and you still haven't read any of it. Got it.

Honor, I’ve tried very hard to distinguish between what Congress can do and what it legally can do.
Hi Res,

Again, thank you for the detailed reply. It seems to me that the 2004 example underlies that, whatever the language says it leaves the future murky even if it seems to point out what ought to happen. If Ohio met the safe harbor date for certification, and Congress acted then for purely political purposes despite there being some basis for arguing they were in the wrong for doing so, then it seems we will just have to see how it plays out come January 6.

Chatter in the conservative press implies there are plenty of GOP congresspersons seeking Senate members to partner up on objections. And while none have gone public in saying they will, there are plenty of GOP Senators with ambition for 2024 who could easily see this as a way to set that ball in motion while trying to win over Trump's supporters.

US politics...good times.

I think at this point I'm consigned to the objections happening (while hoping you end up being right) but after that? Phew.
It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

I'm looking forward to the jenius' breakdown of the Ramsland petition/complaint, and why it's accurate and should've been upheld by the court.

I'm sure, 100% sure, that the jenius took the time to read Sean Pumphrey's affidavit, and then did a cursory search which would've resulted in this:

https://www.savannahnow.com/story/news/ ... 114708872/

Not that he won't click on the article above, but if he did he'd find the court dismissed it and the ballots in question were legitimately handled. But. You know. The jenius just scrolls on his phone looking for memes and gifs to post because that's his ceiling for thinking.

The dismissal and disregard is referencing the cases to which said affidavits are attached.

Ok.

As noted you asked for any example. So I picked a few where affidavits were included in the filings, posted links to the complaint as well as the rulings. In a couple of cases the affidavits were separate links. They fit your request.

Then you complained that they didn't meet your CFR:
Perhaps you can provide an actual case that "had affidavits reviewed by the judge and then judge dismissed same case with a "disregard" for those affidavits."?
Give you had the CFR answered in the first two links it seemed the best explanation for the above was in its misstated claim it needs to show the judge dismissed the case with disregard for the affidavits.

Here, just read the first two links I posted. The first is the complaint that was filed with Exhibit A containing the affidavit. Then read the dismissal in link two. Too easy.
