Real voter fraud found.
Officials have found a case of a dead person voting.

Bruce Bartman has been charged with unlawful voting and perjury over allegations that he pretended to be his dead mother to cast a ballot in the November election for President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania.

Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer announced the charges in a press release Monday. Bartman was arraigned Friday and released on $100,000 bail, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer. If convicted on all charges, the 70-year-old Bartman could spend up to 19 years in prison.

"This is the only known case of a 'dead person' voting in our county, conspiracy theories notwithstanding," Stollsteimer said in a statement. "Further, the prompt prosecution of this case shows that law enforcement will continue to uphold our election laws whenever presented with actual evidence of fraud and that we will continue to investigate every allegation that that comes our way."

Prosecutors said Bartman registered two dead people - his mother, Elizabeth Bartman, and his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Weihman - as Republican voters in August. He used the state's online voter-registration portal, which allows residents to register to vote using their driver's license number or the last four digits of their Social Security number, prosecutors said.

He used his mother-in-law's Social Security number to register, which was flagged in the state system as belonging to someone who is dead, prosecutors added, but the software sent a letter addressed to her to confirm whether she was alive. Bartman lied on the form and pretended to be Weihman, prosecutors said, but ultimately did not request an absentee ballot in her name.

Bartman also registered his dead mother to vote and ultimately successfully cast a ballot for Trump and other Republicans in her name, prosecutors said.

President Donald Trump huddled with a group of congressional Republicans at the White House on Monday, where they strategized over a last-ditch effort to overturn the election results next month, according to several members who attended the meeting.

Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) — who is spearheading the long-shot push to overturn the election results in Congress — organized the trio of White House meetings, which lasted over three hours and included roughly a dozen lawmakers. The group also met with Vice President Mike Pence, who will be presiding over the joint session of Congress when lawmakers officially certify the Electoral College votes on Jan. 6, as well as members of Trump’s legal team.

“It was a back-and-forth concerning the planning and strategy for January the 6th,” Brooks said in a phone interview.

The plan calls for Trump to institute martial law on or before Jan 6th. Sidney Powell will be the Chair of the Special Elect Trump Commission. Giuliani is still looking for someone to commandeer the voting machines.

Several weeks ago, several black residents of Detroit and the NAACP filed a lawsuit against Trump and the Trump Campaign. Yesterday, they filed an amended compliant, adding the RNC as a defendant and adding a cause of action under the Ku Klux Klan Act. The RNC had been bound by a consent decree arising out of violations of the Voting Rights Act until 2017. It looks like plaintiffs here are trying to put the RNC back under court supervision. https://www.naacpldf.org/wp-content/upl ... o.-8-2.pdf

The Maricopa County Superior Court issued a lengthy order explaining its reasoning for dismissing a suit filed by the Republican Party in Arizona to require a second hand recount audit after the required audit found no irregularities. The Ironically named Amistad Project of the Thomas Moore Society has filed a new lawsuit in the U.S. Court for the District of Columbia. It asks the Court to hold the Federal Election statute unconstitutional, as well as the election laws in Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia on the grounds that Article II of the US Constitution require a post-certification vote by the state legislature. (Hint: it doesn't) The last lawsuit these jokers filed ended with them whimpering and filing a voluntarily dismissal. https://electionlawblog.org/wp-content/ ... plaint.pdf

Wednesday updates:

Democrats have filed a motion to dismiss the Great Lakes Kraken.

Democrats have also filed a motion to intervene and dismiss Trump's New Mexico lawsuit.

Aaaaand the gloves are off. An executive of Dominion, who was targeted as "evidence" of the Dominion conspiracy, has filed a defamation suit against, well, lots of people:
Plaintiff Eric Coomer, Ph.D. (Dr. Coomer), by and through undersigned counsel,
brings this action against Defendants Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., Sidney Powell, Sidney Powell, P.C., Rudolph Giuliani, Joseph Oltmann, FEC United, Shuffling Madness Media, Inc. dba Conservative Daily, James Hoft, TGP Communications LLC dba The Gateway Pundit, Michelle Malkin, Eric Metaxas, Chanel Rion, Herring Networks, Inc. dba One America News Network, and Newsmax Media, Inc. (collectively, Defendants herein) in response to relentless defamation and ongoing threats.
Defendants knowingly circulated and amplified a baseless conspiracy theory to challenge the integrity of the presidential election. While this theory has been thoroughly rejected, its immediate and life-threatening effects remain very real. The deluge of misinformation has caused immense injury to Dr.Coomer’s reputation, professional standing, safety, and privacy. Once an esteemed private election technology expert, Dr. Coomer has been vilified and subjected to an onslaught of offensive messages and harassment. In response to multiple credible death threats, Dr. Coomer has been forced to leave his home in fear for his safety. Without concern for the truth or the consequences of their reckless conduct, Defendants branded Dr. Coomer a traitor to the United States, a terrorist, and a criminal of the highest order.

In the Thomas Moore Society's new case in DC, the judge has issued an order stating that as soon as plaintiffs finish serving all defendants he will set a briefing schedule. One of the defendants is "The Electoral College." Good luck finding it.

Who says judges don't have a sense of humor?
