This is how you derail a thread. The rules are written, viewable, and have been quoted several times, their application has been discussed many times, RI has responded multiple times as to how the whataboutism of other posters is not relevant, but a derailment ignores all of that, asks exactly the same questions, and throws in a few more personal attacks to boot.
Nothing could be clearer than Cult's intent to disrupt. These are the actions of one who only intends to troll.
Nothing could be clearer than Lem's intent to achieve the status quo, including sheltering hostile language and behavior that suits her. She exclaims this by lobbing yet another disruptive judgment that someone she does not like is a troll.

I will not submit to your games here, including the obnoxious game that Res Ipsa is playing. pancakes is a pissboy. We are not debating that based on his contribution, we are debating that based on whether or not you like pancakes or french toast. It is not an issue because we cannot say piss or boy down here. As the Hadith has not been transferred from the old board to the new one, we have no written guidance. Perhaps labeling the behavior as trolling rather than the person as troll would be the most prudent course of action.

We went through this before when faqs spammed the board. The forum discussion was negatively impacted and this was widely recognized. It led to the creation of the Spirit Prison forum, and it worked.
Given that precedent, it seems like the only issues are around the ability of Shades to moderate on his own versus needing help.

Let me guess. You want some people moderated but you are too much of a coward to take a stand on the racism, 4Chan, homosexism, homo erotica, personal insults, trolling and overall heinous behavior, including threats or suggestions of doxing, as long as Doc Cam does it and nobody else, except for Some Schmo, Jersey Girl, Res Ipsa, Lem, etc. Oh and Philo can shut down free speech but not Ajax, right?

I get the impression that they're afraid of Doc Cam and throwing everything at the wall to see it something'll stick. I dunno about anyone else, but I require empirical evidence for al dente.
