But you're missing the point for the female audience. It doesn't matter what the plot is like. Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp are on the same movie screen for over two hours.

Saw it today with the kids. Thought it was a tad complicated, but it didn't feel like it was as long as it was, so I guess it was good. Did you remember to stay after the credits to see the bonus ending?
