4th best Folk-Parody duo in New Zealand coming to HBO
Even better than Big Love was the news that the group Flight of the Conchords is getting their own show....you may recognize one of the guys from the Outback Restaurant Commercial.
Anyway,
Here's a Youtube Song Clip that I thought was funny....(and here's another one)....if you like it you can look on Youtube and there are more songs they've done that are good.

So has anybody been watching this show on HBO.....I think the songs are funnier in concert than in the music video type way they do them on the show, but I still think the dialogue is funny (in an understated, deadpan way).
Anyone else watching?
Anyone think they suck?

Hey, I love the show and their videos. But I do wonder what it says about me that I enjoy them so much.
My favorite song is the humans are dead. (but I like the show clip better due to the special effects ;)

We hate to seem like we don’t trust every nut with a story, but there’s evidence we can point to, and dance while shouting taunting phrases.

The episode tonight was the best yet (of course I'm a fan of "Business Time"). It seems like the cast is getting comfortable at working together. The two main guys obviously have chemistry, but they're starting to develop chemistry with their manager and their fan as well (on screen).

The guy with the glasses is currently in a NZ film, Eagle vs. Shark. I don't know how widely its showing in the U.S. (its in several theatres here in NYC, but that's not representative) so here's the website http://www.eaglevsshark.net/. Maybe you'd like it, Bond...

yeah, business time was hilarious.
Here's another of my favorites:

Who's the BOOM KING?
I'm not sure I could handle a whole movie of it, though - thirty minutes feels just right.
