I was an insomniac even when I I've been in relationships......... I'm not much of a cuddler anyway (sadly) :(

What time do you get up in the morning? And do you exercise regularly, and stay away from caffeine after lunch?

Yes......I rarely rarely have any caffeine......I've switched over to water almost completely

Bond, I've been having difficulty sleeping too. But mine is more emotionally driven. If you are awake again and need someone to talk to pm me... I am 100% positive I was awake and wallowing last night when you posted this.

Try getting up at 6 am, and see if you start getting to sleep sooner.

You're already doing the other 2 items i was going to suggest.

I had sleep problems a few years ago. Then I started getting up at 5:30am to exercise, and dropped the caffeine after lunch (for the most part).

Haven't had any sleep problems since then.
