Skype Chat Tonight?

Post by _KimberlyAnn »

On Fridays I have no life!

I've been stuck at home all week with Chloe, who has the Chicken Pox, in spite of the fact that she had the vaccine when she was a baby. The poor girl is miserable!

So, after I tuck her into bed around 9:00, I'll be free to chat if anyone's interested.

Again, can we please dispense with the computer talk? BO-RING! I really want to talk about pantyhose! :P

My oldest got the pox after she had the vaccine. It was such a nice mild case, compared to what it would have been like if she hadn't had the shot. I was particularly glad, since she was only 2 (hard to get them to not scratch at that age).

I had the pox twice. The second time wasn't as severe, but I was much more conscious of it.

Chloe's case is pretty severe. She's completely covered in red, itchy bumps and has joint pain and is a bit sick to her stomach. I hope she feels better soon. Poor baby!

Have you tired an oatmeal bath? I remember sitting in one to great relief when I had the pox. You add about 2 cups of finely ground oatmeal to the bath, and let the poor kid soak.

I'm in, although my "mic" is going to be an old pair of headphones, so chances are you won't be able to really hear me.

Hey guys!

It was great to chat with all of you on Skype!

I'm sorry I had to bail abruptly.

My Internet connection went weird.

:(

You guys are awesome!
