Hallelujah!
I just had to tell someone I'm sitting here with a signed copy of the lease for our house in Texas. After nearly 3 months of worrying about whether it would ever sell, we are leasing it for 18 months to an older couple with no kids. And we'll get almost double what we're paying per month. Suddenly, I feel a lot better about life.

Hey...Runtu, buddy. You know, uh, I've been kinda strapped for cash this month and I, uh, was wondering if you could, uh, you know, maybe lend me a couple hundred. ;)
My parents are trying to sell there house and the market is tough. That's great you're getting something out of yours. It's especially good that it's an older couple so you don't have to worry so much about the place getting trashed.
