Hallo there. Might I suggest that you make people type in a security number when registering so that you can limit the number of company spammers. Cause it is really annoying that they spam my shout box with crap (in my blog). Also you could maybe hoover them up, by deleting the accounts of those spammers.

All those "trackback" spammers don't have accounts, so it's best to just turn off your "shoutbox" entirely.

In your blog, click on the link titled "Blog CP." Then look at your "Enable Shoutbox?" option and click on "no." Voila! No more shoutbox and no more spam.

It's what I recommend to all blog users.
