I went on to firefox and they kindly told me my computer time was at the wrong time. My computer time travelled back to 2001 and so wouldn't let me on to anything that was certified after the date, so I changed the date and can now get on to port but I am still being blocked on IE and my firefox only lets me on the intranet.
