Duplicate Posts (this works but I don't know why)

As others have noted, when we click the "submit" button, it doesn't seem as if it's submitting anything at all. Then we try clicking the "submit" button again and the result is duplicate posts.
When I click on "submit" and it doesn't look like it's submitting, I click on the forum title at the top of the page to re-load the forum I'm posting on and it seems to have the effect of forcing the post to submit though I have to reload the forum one more time to see the submitted post.
Has anyone else tried this?
