New technical problem - go to last unread button broken?

So I've noticed over the last few days that the "go to last unread comment" button seems to be broken. It's always available, even if I've just read the thread and there are no new comments. And when I do use it, it just takes me to the first post of the thread, even when I've already visited the thread and am just looking for the new comments since my last reading.

I'm properly logged in, so that's not the issue. It's quite frustrating, and renders the site fairly unusable to me (I'm not going to waste my time trying to figure out where a post left off the last time I read it).

Anybody else?

(In case anyone is wondering, I'm using Firefox on a Mac.)

Funny.Similar stuff. I was using Safari on mymac. I am using firefox now,and it is working fine again! Go figure. Hope someone can explain it for us.

You're lucky - it's still nonfunctional for me. It's almost not worth it to try to navigate the site without it.

Nobody else is having this problem?

Have you tried using safari? What happens then? Generally, I am happy with safari, but it definitely doesn't like this board. The firefox is working good. Maybe try safari and see if it does the same thing.

I'm not sure what to tell you with this. I use Safari primarily on both my Mac and my iPod Touch and the feature is working fine on both for me.

It seems to be okay in Safari, but I hate Safari. It's slow and doesn't have AdBlock Plus.

Something in the last Firefox update must have broken something.
