Look at what the other side offered, a woman version of Bush as VP and the McFossil.
in my opinion, the republicans threw this race --I am glad they did as McFossil and the female version of Bush would have been the same ol party.
I'd hate to be Palin's husband and have to sit through the rest of my life listening to WHAT she should and should not have said in those interviews...

Have we elected another Chester Arthur or a Hugo Chávez? I suspect the latter. Will the Obama administration continue the thug tactics his campaign used against critics (see WGN's Extension 720, Stanley Kurtz and David Freddoso). The answer, alas, is probably yes.

Richard, it's a historic occassion... A man of mixed race, a man with a truly international background is now President Elect...
In my opinion, no matter how bad or good he is (and I suspect the latter), he will never be as unpopular as George Bush....never.......

Just wait until we've had four years of Chavez tactics being used.Miss Taken wrote:richardMdBorn wrote:

A day in which religious skeptics placed their trust in a man who has been called a cipher. A classy man would not have let his campaign use the thug tactics the Obama campaign used against critics.Miss Taken wrote:Just wait until we've had four years of Chavez tactics being used.
