I'm not sure why, but I keep reading your title as Japanese Electropoop group.

I cannot account for it. So strange.

I tweaked it a little. How does it look now?

Aw, quit bugging him. You should feel honored that the pop music of your homeland is being highlighted on MDB.

I remember.

I'm in a bit of a goofy mood at the moment. I just finished watching Tracy Morgan's latest stand-up.

Dr. Shades wrote:I've had the concert footage link to their eponymous song Perfume, with subtitles, up for a while now. I recently discovered the album version; it has a very distinct "Mario Brothers" vibe to it and is incredibly energetic and upbeat. Feeling depressed? See if this doesn't boost your mood a bit:

CLICK AND ENJOY!

They are definitely talented, vivacious, harmonize well and are fun to watch, but my favorite vocal group is still Pentatonix. They are a very versatile, accapela group with wonderful harmonies and amazingly creative arrangements. Unfortunately, they are breaking up as Avi Kaplan, the most amazing bass I have ever heard, is leaving them so he can spend more time with his family.

Check out these performances:

Daft Punk

Evolution of Music

Aha

And my favorite versions to date of Carol of the Bells and The Little Drummer Boy.

And in keeping with the subject of this thread, here is their Perfume Medley.

And here is their touching farewell tribute to their beloved comrade, Avi Kaplan.

Interestingly enough, Kashiyuka told the audience about that medley during the halftime of their San Francisco concert on 08-28-2016, a mere two days after it came out. See and hear her announcement thereof (in English!) at:

I wonder how many new fans Perfume earned thanks to Pentatonix?

Perfume is an adorable and musically delightful group, so whatever number of new fans they earned thanks to Pentatonix, they surely deserved. Pentatonix remains my favorite vocal group, though. I hope their dissolution as a group is not permanent, and that they get together at least occasionally to perform again.
