Someone gave this news station the names of the pilots for Asiana Flight 214 that crashed in San Francisco, and the anchorwoman reported the names as they appeared on the teleprompter, Ron Burgundy style. Apparently nobody in the newsroom caught the joke before it went on the air. They apologized a few minutes later, probably after receiving angry phone calls.
