It is becoming increasingly apparent to me and to foreign diplomats (especially U.S. allies) that Trump has few, if any priorities, that mean more to him than destroying and discrediting Obama's legacy, and trying to undo anything that Obama has ever accomplished, no matter how admirable -- especially if it is admirable. In discussions of policy, he often asks what Obama's position was on what is being discussed. If told that Obama was for it, he automatically, obstinately refuses to even consider it, no matter what its merits or how strong the arguments in favor of it. It is widely known that he is a laughing stock among U.S. allies and foes alike, and deservedly so.
His other main priority is obviously to use the government to get even wealthier. That is why he conducts so much of his business and vacations at Trump branded facilities, where his entourage and secret service protectors have to be put up at government expense at immense profits to Trump's businesses and personal wealth.
