In Seattle, you can file a complaint using an online form and you can do it anonymously.

I watched about half of it. What it shows is pretty shocking. A guy walks in to several police departments and asks if there is a form he can pick up to report police misconduct. And the officer tries to bully and intimidate the hell out of him. And it happens in precinct after precinct (I think all in Florida.) All the guy wants is a form, and the cops treat him like a criminal.
But, as I posted, that’s not universal.

It's a collection of clips of people attempting to file complaints and getting intimidated or misled? I watched the first few minutes of officer "free country." That's an old video that was a civil libertarian brickbrat for some time. I don't recall what happened to the officer, but if experience is any guide, the answer is he was promoted.

Yet Facebook and Twitter ban the free thought project, a site dedicated to stopping police brutality ..... https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmT7hTV8VJU6CiCGEs6hFbw

Heh, I fielded exactly this question twice.
The first time, while not having an actual form, I simply gave her the name and phone number of the ranking lieutenant to whom to direct the complaint.
The second time, since it was a correctional facility in which I wasn't an employee, I advised him to contact the county attorney's office and tell them everything he told me.
It never occurred to me to get pissed off.

You’re right. The investigation was 12 years ago.
