Can Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker plead the attorney-client privilege when the House Intelligence Committee questions him about seeking to subvert or limit the Special Counsel Investigation of Trump?

Possibly, but even more novel would be to assert political toadie-scoundrel privilege.

It has been interesting following him in the inquiry on cspan. It must irk the GOP they they are no longer in control.
