How do you argue against Cummings on this? Trump blocks the House's request for documents detailing Kushner's security clearance.

Hey, so is handing out security clearances on a whim to family members - then refusing to provide evidence of proper procedure to investigators - simply worse, or much worse yet than private email servers hosting risotto recipes?
Perhaps subs will be along any minute to regurgitate a tortured rationalization about this one... as soon as Fox News approves what to say.

You've confused stories. The risotto recipe was from her campaign manager's hacked personal emails. Her personal server for state department emails was a separate matter.

Not to mention whales, raccoons, World of Tanks, and Dr. Daniel C. Peterson. Of course, all of the above would not set off the security clearance alarms quite like Jared Kushner.
Heck, if Trump wasn't President then Trump would never get a security clearance.

I always thought it was a socialist pedophile pizza with kale on the side, but I'm just a goy soy boy.
Seriously, I think this might end up in the courts. Both Obama and Bush complied with document requests in cases like Solyndra, Fast & Furious and Enron. Now this case involves the President's right to grant security clearances, which is not limited by the Constitution., Does that mean the People have no recourse if the President abuses the power? Fortunately, Presidents have given us no reason to worry on this front (until now). So once again the ethics of our President will end up seeing how far he can stretch the Constitution in court.

I’m sorry. I must’ve been drinking too much of the wine intended for the risotto when I posted that. My bad.
