We here at the Jersey homestead would like to wish you and yours a blessed Christmas! Whether you are celebrating with loved ones or resting in solitude Christmas Day, we hope you greet the morning in good health, peace, contentment, and hope in your heart. We have had a different time of celebration here. One of us is suffering which is causing suffering through this tribe. But...everyone here knows we love them of that I have no doubt! I'm very grateful for the hope I have in Christ who has faithfully gotten me through the past 7 months of uncertainty with hope and for how He has opened doors for us here. I don't know how I can have joy in my heart but I do!
Tonight the Jersey Boy and I are attending Candlelight service at the Lutheran Church. Catholic lite! I'm concerned about going to a gathering but after last year, I'm going. Double masked-- wearing my Gordon Clan mask with filter over a medical mask.

Dear Dr. Shades * who doesn't reply to my nice letters.

Now...since we live in the country and country music was one of the music genres I was raised on, I would like to give you all the gift of my favorite Christmas music!
I don't think any explanation is needed for this one! I've sung it since I was a child and continue to do so! Brings back so many memories of church and home!

I think this has to be my favorite. It reminds me of going to Newark during Christmas time with Ma to visit family and to this day, I can still hear her voice singing it!
