Trump Demands Either New Election ‘Immediately’ or Make Him ‘Rightful’ President Now
Former President Donald Trump on Monday took time off from melting down over the FBI executing a search warrant at his home to seize classified documents to demand that he be installed as commander-in-chief of the United States—22 months after he decisively lost the 2020 race.
The twice-impeached ex-president, though, did propose a “minimal solution” if he is not returned to the White House right away: Declare the 2020 vote “irreparably compromised” and hold a new one “immediately.”
What incredible arrogance and hubris! He is obviously, with good reason, terrified that he is in serious danger of being justly indicted for and convicted of serious crimes which will result in decades of prison time for him. He is desperately grasping at any straws he can think of to prevent that outcome. Unfortunately, he has convinced many of his sycophantic followers to grasp at those same straws.

That sounds like somebody who is getting a bit scared because he thinks he may not be able to lie his way out of this one, and is letting his desperation show.

I don't think he'll do prison time. I think it'll be more like incarceration at the home of his choice (in CONUS) without the ability to move about to other locations.

Article XII. Obviously, he meant
Amendment XII, which doesn't state or mean what he thinks it does. By his interpretation of it, any sitting Vice President can unilaterally decide the winner of a Presidential election that didn't go the way he wanted it to go. This is nonsense!
