The probable cause affidavit (redacted) has been released concerning the arrest of Richard Allen alleged suspect in the murders of Abby Williams and Libby German in Delphi, Indiana. This case has been ongoing for 5 years. If you watch the video 11+ minute below, you'll see a brief review of the case and hear new details for the first time ever. One surprising never heard before detail came directly from one of the girl's phone. All we've heard or seen before was the perpetrator walking on the bridge towards the victim's saying "Guys....down the hill". Today we learned that the The "Guys down the hill" phone video was edited for public release to purposefully leave out the aforementioned new detail. This guy has been a suspect the whole entire time. Also there were actually 3 girls on the trail...so a never before mentioned witness emerges. It sounds like other witnesses also contributed and at least one witness put Allen leaving the location post-murders covered in mud and blood. Turns out that he actually put HIMSELF on the bridge at the time when questioned by authorities.

Previously, LE has never released details of the murders in order to protect the integrity of the case. Not even the cause of death for the victims. Looks like they have got this guy good and proper. We'll see...
