Thanks all! Wow, I have to figure out how to tell you something. I approached this milestone birthday with a deep sense of joy, humility and gratitude. Since my parents passed at relatively early ages, I lived my whole life never thinking I would live to grow old. Never. Not even possible. Totally out of the question. Not even feasible. We had a nice tea party here at the Jersey homestead and such a pleasant time! I share a birthday with our youngest family member who was born on my birthday so it's always feels so special. I spent the evening with intermittent tears of gratitude wondering how I could even be here. That might not sound like it makes sense but if you were me or my siblings you would understand how it feels.
As Keith Richards would say...it's good to be here. It's good to be anywhere!
