Campaigns are underway to outlaw marketing them to children, but diehard 2nd Amendment defenders are apposing even that, let alone actually opposing manufacturing them!

Does anyone here fail to see how insane this is?

This is even stupider than the Republican bill signed into law by Trump revoking Obama-era gun checks for people with mental illnesses, which was one of the first things the Republicans did after the 2016 election which resulted in them temporarily gaining control of not only the Presidency, but both houses of Congress.

Now we know what the best-selling children's toy will be this Christmas in Texas and Florida.

I wish we could be sure that even most Texan and Floridian parents would not be irresponsible enough to buy those for their children. I can imagine Lauren Bobert and Marjorie Taylor-Greene doing so, though.

Make sure the gun is light and make sure it fires only .22 long ammunition not 223 or 308 ammunition. I’m not sure about todays kids and how frustrated they are with life while coming home from school to an empty house and playing first shooter video games like Call of Duty - Ghost.

My Barber just retired as he was between somewhere between 67 and 70 and when he was in high school they brought their rifles to school, put them in their lockers, and then at lunch went out and shot rabbits because there were so many of them and they were eating the crops in South East Idaho.

How many of your Uncle's classmates died in school shootings? It must have been a lot given how much more immoral white Mormon kids in Idaho are than liberal inner city democrat atheists. We know how violent Latter Day Saint culture is and how much toxic masculinity it harbors. I guess you can't blame Mormon kids for how they were raised. If only they could be raised with the same values held by BLM and the Bidens, what a welfare wonderland this world could be.

.22's are quite deadly. When I took hunter's safety as a lad in Utah, my right-wing instructor took pains to drive this point home. His story was that as a kid he bought two .22 six-shooters with side holsters and practiced spinning them around his index finger and shooting, and shot through his knee. After that he became a safety advocate.
