Re: Is it the Right and against the Left or something else
When discussing the UK, it is important to clarify how "Conservative" is used. Conservative parties in the UK have been conservative like Bush/Clinton/Bush. Think about UK football and USA football. Not the same thing. The UK conservative party is anti-populist. So, to some extent, they are like the McConnell/Romney/Schumer gang and nothing like MAGA and populists.

Is it the Right against the Left or something else.
I reposted it due to the the title of the thread issues:
I could put Konstantin Kisin's recent video in the Youtube thread but his message appears to be very important given the current situation. This is equal to his speech to the Oxford Union. Labor's landslide may show things are moving to the right. Yes, that's what he says. Labor now has 421 seats compared to 121 for Conservatives. The worst result for Conservatives since 1761. The Tory Government had streams of challenges. First they had to form a collation, followed by Brexit, then Covid followed and then Putin's invasion of Ukraine. These may see like excuses but the Tory government failed to deliver. Then he presents numbers and facts and charts. One could say the Biden administration is being pressed by almost the same things, things suddenly on the horizon that they did not plan on and I agree. The video is over 11 minutes long but at about 9:15 it moves into advertising so the thoughts on Government stops.

for the curious this is his speech at the Oxford Union which is less than ten minutes.

Some may dismiss him as a former comedian but so was Zelensky.
