Trump has promised to free all the J6 rioters and possibly award them the Presidential Medal of Freedom (which he points out is a much higher honor than getting wounded on the battlefield).
That AP article looked as well done as Rachel Maddow's Ultra series, which is a high compliment.

Watching and reading that, juxtaposed with MAGA propaganda that they're "political prisoners," and Trump's promise to pardon the insurrection rioters, is surreal.
At this point, thin blue line flags are ultimately liberal iconography.
