Trump Interview Shows Just How Far Trump Will Take Just a Single Lie! | Will's Take
Will Saletan deep dives on one of the many lies Donald Trump told to 'Meet The Press's Kristen Welker at his first interview as president-elect, continuing a false claim he repeated over and over on the campaign trail about immigration during Joe Biden's presidency.
In that interview he told an often repeated lie about 13,099 undocumented murderers who had been released into this country to walk around freely, unprosecuted and unindicted. This lie has been frequently debunked even by officials of the Border Control and Homeland Security. It doesn't matter to Trump. He insists that all the fact checking and debunking, even by his own Homeland Security are all fake news, and continues to repeat the lie. This is typical of the way Trump operates. He will unhesitatingly tell any unsubstantiated or made up lie that he thinks will serve his ends, no matter how thoroughly debunked. He absolutely refuses admit being wrong or mistaken about anything or retract any lie he tells, no matter what. He rails on and on about how dangerous these supposed 13,099 at large murderers are. It is arguable that come January 20, 2025, the most dangerous man in America will be the resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington D.C.!

Doesn't Trump have free reign to tell as many lies as he wants now that he will be President again? Pretty sure the Republican Congress and Supreme Court will back his lies.

I suspect allied world leaders will expect what Trump says to be lies.

That is what the American people want. Someone who will bring back the New Confederacy and perhaps the Kingdom of Deseret.
