Trump's new golf resort - Gaza

If there was any doubt about Trump's mission to build a global playground for him and his buddies, this latest initiative cannot fail to remove it.
What did Trump say about the US taking over Gaza?
“The US will take over the Gaza Strip, and we will do a job with it too. We’ll own it and be responsible for dismantling all of the dangerous unexploded bombs and other weapons on the site.
“Level the site and get rid of the destroyed buildings. Level it out and create an economic development that will supply unlimited numbers of jobs and housing for the people of the area.
“We'll do a real job. Do something different. Just can't go back. If you go back, it's going to be the same way it has for 100 years.”
A little later, Trump was questioned on what authority he has to remove the population of 1.8 million people from Gaza.
He replied: “I do see a long term ownership position, and I see it bringing great stability to that part of the Middle East, and maybe the entire Middle East, and everybody I've spoken to, this was not a decision made lightly.
“Everybody I've spoken to loves the idea of the United States owning that piece of land, developing and creating thousands of jobs with something that will be magnificent in a really magnificent area that nobody would know.”

Now if we could only get out from under the thumb of a certain country in the middle east ....
At least we don't have to endure a joint session where our "leaders" bow down to a foreign leader ...

Perhaps the amphetamines are a little strong at this time? I don't know. Or perhaps he's reading too many books about our colonization of the west and what we did to the former occupiers? Maybe set up Palestinian casinos, run by the Israelis of course?

Could someone smarter than me (the entirety of the board membership) please tell me what the heck this means?
“The president has said he's been socialing this idea for quite some time. He's been thinking about this,” his press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Wednesday.
I looked for another version of this quote and it's the same every time. What on earth does "socialing" mean?

He's probably trying to say that he's been thinking about this for some time, perhaps after reading a bit of history of our treatment of the native americans. This is so wrong headed and evidence of the big blind spot his admin has.
ETA: This is why one cannot be a part of a political party or at least a cheerleader for such. All of our leaders want to support Israel unconditionally and Trump, the real estate investor, is doing what a real estate investor would do. Again, I am glad there isn't a joint session of congress set for Bibi to speak and have a non-ending standing ovation from our "leaders."

This is what the future Trumpified version of USAID will be created for … appropriating foreign land and assets in order to build revenue-generating properties for Trump and his buddies.
