COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two Ohio lawmakers have introduced a controversial bill that would fine men up to $10,000 per ejaculation if it is not intended for conception, in an effort to highlight what they call the hypocrisy of legislation regulating women’s reproductive rights.

Beyond the reproductive act, humans have made it multipurpose: It serves as both a relationship bonding agent and for pleasure.
God encouraged it via an angel with a drawn sword for Joseph Smith and Mormon Authorities, so perhaps there was a religious component as well.

Evolution made sex feel good and gave us hormones to make us want it so that conception would be more likely to take place, wouldn't you say?

I wonder if Joseph heard wrong. It’s almost as if that was intended as a warning about venereal disease.
